Q: Is there parking available?
A: There is street parking all over the area. For ease, we recommend you take public transportation, UBER or Lyft.
Q: How long does it take to go through the exhibit?
A: Approximately 1 to 2 hours.
Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: Animals are not permitted at BEYOND THE STREETS. The only exception is for service animals on a leash.
Q: Do you offer coat and stroller check?
A: We do not offer coat or stroller check. Strollers may be pushed through the exhibit.
Q: Who all needs a ticket?
A: Anyone over the age of 3 is required to have a ticket to attend.
Q: Can minors attend alone?
A: All minors under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult.
Q: What should I leave at home?
A: Weapons of any kind, illegal substance or paraphernalia, outside food/drinks, large umbrellas, large backpacks. Although we are showing the work of graffiti and street artists, graffiti materials of any sort are not permitted; no markers, spray paint, inks etc.. save it for the streets. We reserve the right to deny entry for items not listed here that will impede the enjoyment or the safety for you and other attendees. In general, we ask that you try to think how you can make your visit a positive experience for all.

A: No outside food or drinks are allowed in the exhibition.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept at the giftshop?
A: BEYOND THE STREETS accepts cash and credit card payments at our gift shop.

Q: Can I return or exchange merchandise?
A: All sales within BEYOND THE STREETS are final - we do not accept any exchanges or returns.
Q: What ages is the show suitable for and what themes are dealt with in the show?
A: The show is suitable for ages 14+ with parental discretion. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that the show contains adult material that may not be suitable for all ages. Themes explored within the exhibit include: illegal activities, drugs, violence, and sexual situations.
Q: Is re-entry allowed?
A: Re-entry is allowed only if space is available on the same day your ticket is valid for.
Q: Does BEYOND THE STREETS support any local communities or charities?
A: In partnership with adidas Skateboarding, we support Stoked Mentoring, a mentoring organization serving children and youth in Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We cannot transfer tickets for any reason.
Q: Can I exchange my ticket?
A: Tickets are non-transferable. One person in the party must match one of the names on the tickets.
Q: Can I buy a ticket at the door?
A: A limited number of tickets will be available to purchase on site for each timed session.
Q: I am running late! How late can I check in for my session?
A: You are permitted to check in within 1 hour of your scheduled session time.
Q: I am buying multiple tickets so I can bring friends with me to the event, but what if I don't know the name(s) of the people who will be attending with me?
A: We understand that you might not know who will be joining you to visit, so please list your name for all tickets. One person’s ID in the group must match a name on one of the tickets, so as long as your name on the ticket matches the name on your ID, there should be no issues attending the event. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Q: Are there children and senior discounts?
A: All General Admission tickets are $25.00 (plus a small fee from our ticketing partner). Children 3 and under can accompany a parent or guardian free of charge.
Q: Do I need to print my ticket?
A: You do not need to print your ticket confirmation. However, please have your ticket confirmation email pulled up when you approach the registration area. We can quickly check you in via the barcode within the email.
Q: Education and workshops
A: Educational groups are welcome and we run a program of talks and practical workshops suitable for high school groups aged 14+, university level students and anyone else who would like more of an insight into the show. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
